Store Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a Store Team Member to join our dedicated team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, your primary responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness to ensure a superior shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details:

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $16.00 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and neatly arrange merchandise
• Deliver exceptional customer service and assist shoppers
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management
• Provide feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues
• Participate in store inventory counts and uphold cash handling policies
• Adhere to company policies, maintain security and confidentiality
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• 18 years of age or older
• Customer service and cash register experience
• Ability to operate store equipment and perform cleaning tasks
• Good communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Retail experience preferred
