Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join the ALDI family. As a vital part of our team, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks including merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment to ensure top-notch customer experience.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills consistently.
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
• Deliver exceptional customer service, assist shoppers, and communicate effectively with team members and management.
• Provide feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues.
• Take part in store inventory counts and uphold cash handling policies.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years old or above.
• Proficient in operating a cash register and store equipment.
• Capable of executing general cleaning duties and adhering to company policies.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently and in a team setting.
• High school diploma or equivalent; retail experience preferred.
