Responsibilities
- Execute day-to-day tasks following ALDI's M.A.P. guidelines.
- Handle customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize shelves.
- Assist customers, communicate with the team, and report feedback to management.
- Participate in inventory management and adhere to cash handling policies.
Requirements
- Minimum age requirement: 18 years old.
- Proficiency in customer service and cash register operation.
- Ability to follow instructions, work independently, and multitask efficiently.
- Prior retail experience and high school diploma preferred.
