Store Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a Store Team Member to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the cleanliness of the store to provide an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. You will collaborate with the ALDI team and uphold high standards of customer service.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI Acts Competencies and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize product displays.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Participate in inventory management and adhere to cash handling policies.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service.
• Efficient operation of a cash register.
• Proficient in operating store equipment and following safety procedures.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team.
