Job Description

We are looking for a Store Team Member to join our ALDI team. As a Store Team Member, you will play a vital role in ensuring the store is well-organized, offering exceptional customer service, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment for shoppers.

Responsibilities

• Stock shelves, merchandise displays, and maintain cleanliness of the store.
• Provide friendly and efficient customer service to enhance the shopping experience.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Operate cash registers, handle transactions accurately, and adhere to cash policies.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years old or above.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
