Store Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a Store Team Member to join our ALDI team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining the cleanliness of the store. Collaboration with team members and clear communication with management are essential aspects of this position.

Responsibilities

• Perform cashiering duties and process customer purchases.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of shelves and merchandise displays.
• Assist customers to enhance their shopping experience.
• Communicate effectively with team members and store management.
• Participate in inventory counts and ensure inventory accuracy.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to provide courteous customer service and operate a cash register.
• Experience in a retail environment is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team.
