Store Team Member

Job Description

We are hiring a Store Team Member to join our ALDI store. As a valuable member of our team, you will be responsible for various in-store duties including merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional customer service, work collaboratively with the team, and contribute to a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Perform store tasks with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Provide feedback on products, inventory, and customer issues.
• Participate in store inventory counts and follow cash handling policies.
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and security protocols.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Prompt, courteous customer service skills.
• Efficient cash register operation and equipment handling.
• Ability to maintain store cleanliness and follow company guidelines.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Retail experience is a plus.
