Job Description
Join a dynamic team at Morrow Renewables LLC as a Traveling Landfill Construction Laborer. We are a leader in Renewable Natural Gas (RNG) projects, offering opportunities to work on cutting-edge environmental solutions. As part of our crew, you will operate and maintain construction equipment, assist skilled labor, and contribute to the success of landfill construction projects.
Responsibilities
- Operate and care for construction equipment, tools, and machines.
- Assist equipment operators, fusion technicians, and skilled labor when needed.
- Prepare construction sites by cleaning obstacles and hazards.
- Perform physical tasks such as digging trenches and compacting earth.
- Follow supervisor's directions and engage in on-the-job training.
- Maintain equipment, perform equipment PM, and ensure site cleanliness.
- Promote safety practices and work in a safe manner at all times.
Requirements
- Valid driver's license with a clean record.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to perform physical labor and work in various weather conditions.
- Willingness to travel 100% of the time and be on the road for extended periods.
- Punctuality, reliability, and effective communication skills.
- Experience in construction environments is a plus.
Compensation
- Salary: $17.50 - $23.50 per hour + $100 per day per diem.
