Responsibilities
- Administer medications and treatments safely and efficiently.
- Document medication administration and resident information accurately.
- Ensure medication passes are conducted following the prescribed guidelines.
- Maintain medication rooms and carts for cleanliness and availability.
- Communicate resident care concerns to the team for prompt resolution.
- Participate in risk management activities and safety protocols.
- Contribute to team success through active engagement and training participation.
Qualifications
- High School diploma/GED; certifications as required by state/provincial regulations.
- Prior experience with seniors is advantageous.
- Strong communication, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to remain calm in challenging situations and prioritize tasks effectively.
