Water Research Facility Lead - Water/Wastewater Industry

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Water Research Facility Lead with expertise in the water/wastewater industry to join our team at Parkson Corp. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting pilot performance testing of mechanical and process technologies at water and wastewater treatment plants across North America. Your focus will be on leading the development and implementation of solutions using new and existing Parkson technologies to provide innovative offerings to municipal and industrial customers.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain the Water Research Facility on a daily basis.
• Develop test protocols in collaboration with the Product Manager and Regional Sales Manager for each pilot study.
• Coordinate all activities related to pilot studies.
• Analyze and evaluate pilot performance data, generating detailed reports.
• Maintain laboratory equipment and testing procedures to meet quality standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (mechanical, electrical, chemical, industrial, civil, environmental, etc.).
• Experience in water and wastewater treatment market preferred.
• Hands-on experience in field service and pilot testing beneficial.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to travel up to 70%.
