1st Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker to join the ALDI team. This role involves receiving and relocating stock efficiently, sorting merchandise for shipment, maintaining warehouse cleanliness, and participating in inventory counts. The ideal candidate will collaborate effectively with colleagues and demonstrate a positive attitude towards achieving excellence in their work.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock accurately.
• Relocate merchandise based on product handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise strategically.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and management.
• Provide input to improve warehouse processes.

Qualifications:

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrates conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, drive for success, and efficiency.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies and procedures.
• Excellent communication skills.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements:

• Frequently lift products up to 45 pounds.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely.
• Work in varying temperatures and physical conditions.
