Job Description
We are looking for a District Manager within our Jefferson Division who is a current college student. As a District Manager at ALDI, you will have the opportunity to oversee up to six stores, lead employees, drive sales growth, and make a lasting impact on our organization. This role involves ensuring the operations of an entire district run smoothly, implementing action plans to improve results, and maintaining adherence to company standards.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the operations of up to six stores within the Jefferson Division.
- Lead employees, develop action plans, and drive sales growth.
- Ensure adherence to company merchandising plans and communicate effectively with direct reports.
- Recruit, train, and develop a motivated workforce that achieves career objectives.
- Review competitive pricing, provide feedback on products, and manage store personnel effectively.
- Drive projects to completion, identify cost-saving opportunities, and lead cross-functional collaboration.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of retail operations, human resource management, and company policies.
- Ability to travel daily using a company car.
