Job Description
We are seeking a Full-Time 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker to join our team at ALDI. This position offers competitive starting wages up to $26.75 per hour based on shift and schedule differential pay. As a Warehouse Stocker, you will be responsible for selecting and receiving incoming stock, organizing merchandise, and preparing shipments. Your role will involve collaborating with team members, maintaining warehouse standards, and contributing to process improvements.
Responsibilities
- Select and receive incoming stock efficiently.
- Relocate merchandise based on product handling guidelines.
- Sort, load, and unload merchandise strategically for shipment.
- Participate in warehouse inventory counts.
- Cooperate effectively with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership.
- Provide input for process improvements.
- Inspect products for quality and safety adherence.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Ability to collaborate in a team environment.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Basic math skills for inventory processes.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Physical ability to lift and move up to 45 pounds.
- Experience operating powered industrial equipment is a plus.
