Job Description

Join our team at Aldi as a 2nd Shift Warehouse Package Handler. In this part-time role, you will play a crucial part in our warehouse operations, ensuring products are efficiently received, selected, and delivered to our stores. You will work fewer than 30 hours per week and be part of a dedicated team operating in ambient and temperature-controlled areas. Extensive training and safety programs ensure you have the necessary skills to excel in your role.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise according to handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts and maintain warehouse appearance standards.
• Collaborate effectively with peers, suppliers, and leadership to improve processes.

Job Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Efficiently organize and execute tasks while adhering to company standards.

Education and Experience

High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Frequently lift and place products up to 45 pounds.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely.
• Work in varying temperatures and environments.
