2nd Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 2nd Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join Aldi, a leading retail company. As a Warehouse Associate, your responsibilities will include efficiently selecting and receiving incoming stock, relocating merchandise, organizing and loading products for shipment, maintaining warehouse cleanliness and safety, participating in inventory counts, and collaborating with the team to improve processes.

Job Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrates conscientiousness, teamwork, positivity, resilience, and drive for success.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies, communicate effectively, perform basic arithmetic, pay attention to detail, and work both independently and in a team environment.

Education and Experience

High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift and place products weighing up to 45 pounds, move merchandise, stand, bend, reach, grip, push, pull, lift, carry, and operate powered industrial equipment.
• Work in varying temperatures, hot and cold environments.
