2nd Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 2nd Shift Warehouse Stocker to join Aldi's team. In this full-time position, you will be responsible for efficiently handling incoming stock, relocating merchandise, preparing shipments, and maintaining warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise according to handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts.
• Collaborate with peers, suppliers, and leadership.
• Provide input for process improvements.
• Inspect and report product quality and safety.
• Adhere to ergonomic and safety guidelines.

Requirements

• 18 years or older.
• Strong organization and efficiency skills.
• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds, operate equipment, and work in varying temperatures.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
