Overview
As an Advisor for Solutions, you will play a crucial role in driving volume growth initiatives for Project 360 and Canon Solutions America's production inkjet system customers in the designated territory. This involves collaborating with various analyst teams to identify and capitalize on growth opportunities within the existing customer base and prospecting new business development avenues in the production inkjet sector.
Responsibilities
- Manage and lead customer site assessments, including resource allocation, workflow improvements, and solution implementation.
- Conduct site assessment studies and provide proactive insights on industry trends and volume migration strategies.
- Offer expert-level support for Canon production inkjet color applications and design workflow solutions for enterprise-level efficiency.
- Communicate technical solutions effectively to internal and external stakeholders, driving adoption of inkjet technology.
- Collaborate within Team 360 to enhance print volume in targeted customer segments and provide post-sales and after-hours support.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 9 years of relevant experience.
- Strong knowledge of Commercial Printing, Transactional, and Direct Mail markets.
- Proficiency in pre-sales/post-sales support in production environments.
- Experience with production inkjet printing and other industry technologies such as HP Indigo and Xerox iGEN.
- Willingness to travel extensively, including overnight stays (up to 60% travel).
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
