Konecranes Nuclear Equip and Services LLC is seeking a Field Service Technician - Nuclear to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for performing maintenance, repairs, modernization, and installation activities on electric overhead traveling cranes at a nuclear power plant. The ideal candidate will have one to three years of experience involving overhead cranes, installations, and mechanical work.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and repairs on electric overhead traveling cranes.
• Conduct on-site mechanical troubleshooting to determine causes for equipment malfunction.
• Read, understand, and apply all relevant safety codes and regulations.
• Maintain company-issued equipment and vehicles in safe and proper working order.
• Participate in monthly safety meetings.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in industrial electrical/mechanical technology is a plus.
• Must have and maintain a good driving record and a valid driver's license.
• Willingness to work at elevations and travel away from home for extended periods.
