Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated and customer-oriented Relationship Banker - Tier I to join Community Financial Services Bank. This position offers part-time hours with a competitive hourly rate of $15 USD. As a Relationship Banker, you will play a key role in providing exceptional client service, assisting with banking transactions, and cultivating strong client relationships.
Responsibilities
- Greet clients warmly and provide outstanding customer service.
- Assist clients with their banking needs, explain products and services.
- Perform teller transactions, including processing deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments.
- Establish client relationships, assess client needs, and recommend appropriate services.
- Issue debit cards and handle night deposit bags and mail payments.
- Manage cash transactions, assist with cash vaults, and banking center operations.
- Adhere to CFSB policies and procedures, participate in training sessions.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the Team Leader.
Requirements
