We are looking for a Customer Service Banking Specialist to join our team at Teleperformance USA. Responsibilities
- Connect with customers through phone, email, chat, and social media to address their questions and issues.
- Resolve and de-escalate customer problems in a calm and professional manner.
- Escalate issues when necessary and maintain accurate records of interactions.
- Provide assistance, process payments, and offer additional services when appropriate.
- Offer feedback on call-related matters and identify opportunities to improve service.
- Upsell products or services as required.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- IT/Network certifications or degrees are preferred.
- Previous experience in a call center environment.
- Typing speed of 25 words per minute.
- Proficient in PC operation and navigation.
- Basic knowledge of network troubleshooting and setup.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong listening and problem-solving skills.
