We are looking for a Customer Service Banking Specialist to join our team at Teleperformance USA. As a key player in our team, you will handle customer interactions via various channels and work towards delivering exceptional service.

Responsibilities

  • Connect with customers through phone, email, chat, and social media to address their questions and issues.
  • Resolve and de-escalate customer problems in a calm and professional manner.
  • Escalate issues when necessary and maintain accurate records of interactions.
  • Provide assistance, process payments, and offer additional services when appropriate.
  • Offer feedback on call-related matters and identify opportunities to improve service.
  • Upsell products or services as required.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • IT/Network certifications or degrees are preferred.
  • Previous experience in a call center environment.
  • Typing speed of 25 words per minute.
  • Proficient in PC operation and navigation.
  • Basic knowledge of network troubleshooting and setup.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong listening and problem-solving skills.
