Foundever is seeking a Customer Experience Specialist (Inbound Calls Only) for their Morristown, TN location. As the first point of contact for clients, you will deliver professional customer service through inbound calls exclusively. This role involves handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction through voice, chat, and email communications.

Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound service calls efficiently and effectively.
  • Drive customer satisfaction by providing high-quality service through various communication channels.
  • Navigate multiple systems and tools to assist customers promptly.

Qualifications

  • Must live within a 50-mile radius of Morristown, TN.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to multitask while assisting customers.

  • Desire to advance in a stable, reliable company.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent required; minimum age of 18.
