We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service, stocking and merchandising products, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases and maintain a clean shopping area.
• Provide friendly and efficient customer service to enhance the shopping experience.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Contribute to inventory management and ensure accuracy.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, including cash handling.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years old or above.
• Ability to operate a cash register and retail equipment.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
