Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our team at ALDI. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring our store maintains a clean and well-organized environment, while providing exceptional customer service to enhance the shopping experience for our valued customers.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $16.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills.
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and ensure neat product displays.
• Provide exceptional customer service by assisting shoppers.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate with management.
• Participate in inventory management and adhere to company's policies and procedures.
• Perform general duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Proficient in operating a cash register and store equipment.
• Capable of following company policies and providing excellent customer service.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
