Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service, stocking shelves, cashiering, and maintaining the overall appearance of the store.

Position Details:

• Job Type: Full-Time (32-40 hours per week)
• Starting Wage: $18.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the ALDI Acts Competencies and Professional Skills
• Process customer purchases and maintain cleanliness of the store
• Assist customers and collaborate effectively with team members
• Provide feedback to management and ensure inventory accuracy
• Adhere to cash policies and company procedures

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older
• Prior retail experience preferred
• Ability to operate a cash register and handle merchandise
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• High school diploma or equivalent
