Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in maintaining the store's appearance, assisting customers, and ensuring a pleasant shopping experience.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with team members to provide exceptional customer service.
- Stock shelves, merchandise displays, and maintain cleanliness.
- Operate cash register efficiently and accurately.
- Communicate effectively with management on product feedback and inventory.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Prior retail experience preferred.
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
Education and Experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Knowledge of handling and selling alcoholic beverages as per state requirements.
