Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service, maintaining the store's appearance, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This position offers an average of 32-40 hours per week with a starting wage of $17.50 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases and provide excellent customer service.
• Stock shelves, merchandise displays, and maintain store cleanliness.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Monitor inventory accuracy and participate in store inventory counts.
• Adhere to cash policies and procedures while upholding company standards.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and various store equipment.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Prior retail experience is preferred.
