Job Description
Open Sky Community Services is seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Contracts and Grants to join our team. As a key member of the finance department, you will oversee all aspects of contract and grant administration, playing a critical role in managing financial resources and driving organizational success.
Responsibilities
- Lead pre and post contract award administration activities.
- Manage the contract lifecycle for MOUs and sub-contracts.
- Ensure timely financial reporting to funders.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to interpret and administer regulations and policies.
Key Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
- 5-7 years of experience in finance and grants management.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Experience with data analytics and state contract management.
