Job Description
Rockwell Care is currently seeking a dedicated Director of Maintenance to elevate our facility to new heights. As the Maintenance Director at Joshua Tree Post Acute Care Center (JTPACC), you will play a crucial role in overseeing maintenance projects and coordinating housekeeping and laundry services. Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise maintenance activities to ensure a safe and efficient environment.
- Coordinate housekeeping and laundry operations to maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards.
- Utilize your expertise in general maintenance, carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, and appliance maintenance.
- Collaborate with team members to address maintenance issues promptly and effectively.
Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in one or more relevant fields of maintenance.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Dedication to maintaining high standards of safety and cleanliness.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.

Schedule
Full-time position, Monday-Friday 8am - 5pm with on-call responsibilities.
