Field Trainer

Job Description

We are looking to add a Field Trainer to our team at A&W Restaurants Inc.! Reporting to the Manager of Field Training, you will play a vital role in implementing company standards through coaching and training, focusing on operational excellence and superior guest service. This position involves training managers and team members of Franchise Partners, ensuring compliance with A&W Restaurant's standards and governmental regulations. As a Field Trainer, you will be responsible for creating and delivering training content, managing resources, and fostering positive relationships with Franchise Partners. Additionally, you will oversee training sessions for new restaurant openings, ensuring brand consistency and operational support.

Responsibilities

• Execute strategic plans for operational excellence and guest service.
• Train and develop franchisees and restaurant staff on operational procedures.
• Enforce compliance with company standards and legal regulations.
• Cultivate positive business relationships with Franchise Partners.
• Manage training resources and create new training material.
• Facilitate training sessions during A&W University for management training.
• Coordinate on-site training for new restaurant openings and brand refreshers.

Requirements

• Minimum three years of training experience in various settings.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Flexibility to work extended hours and travel frequently.
• Proven track record in sales, profitability, and Manager development.
