We are looking for a dedicated Floating Bakery Manager to join Kennie's Markets Inc. As Bakery Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the operations of the Bakery Department, ensuring top-quality products and exceptional customer service for all Kennie's customers.

Responsibilities

• Achieve department sales and profit goals.
• Maintain control of expenses, inventory, and waste.
• Ensure proper accounting procedures and pricing.
• Direct stocking, display, and rotation of bakery products.
• Collaborate with Store Manager for merchandising and sales planning.
• Maintain department cleanliness and adherence to company policies.
• Supervise Bakery Department employees and manage staffing.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2-4 years of related experience.
• Proficient in reading and interpreting documents.
• Strong mathematical and reasoning skills.
• Ability to solve problems and follow instructions.
