Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in maintaining the store's appearance, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring a seamless shopping experience for our customers.
Responsibilities
- Perform cashiering duties and process customer purchases efficiently.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store by stocking shelves and merchandise displays.
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
- Provide prompt and courteous customer service to enhance the shopping experience.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures to uphold security and confidentiality standards.
- Participate in inventory counts and monitor inventory accuracy.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Ability to operate a cash register and other store equipment.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently or in a team environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Prior retail experience is a plus.
