Job Description

As a Store Associate at ALDI, you will play a vital role in merchandising products, cashiering, maintaining cleanliness, and providing exceptional customer service. Collaborating with the ALDI team, you will create an outstanding shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $16.50 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize displays
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers
• Communicate effectively with team members and management
• Conduct inventory counts and report product issues
• Adhere to cash handling policies and company procedures

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to operate a cash register and store equipment
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
• High school diploma preferred
