Job Description
We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our dynamic team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store is well-organized, providing exceptional customer service, and contributing to a positive shopping experience for our customers. Responsibilities
- Demonstrate the Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
- Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays
- Provide excellent customer service, assist customers with their shopping needs
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management
- Participate in inventory counts and ensure accurate stock levels
Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- Ability to operate a cash register and other equipment efficiently
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work both independently and in a team
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior retail experience is a plus
