Job Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring the store looks its best by stocking products, cashiering, and providing excellent customer service. You will collaborate with the ALDI team to enhance the shopping experience for our customers.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
- Assist customers with shopping, process purchases, and maintain clean store premises.
- Work with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
- Provide feedback on products and inventory.
- Participate in store inventory counts and adhere to cash policies.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Ability to provide excellent customer service and operate a cash register.
- Capable of operating store equipment and performing cleaning duties.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
