Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store's operations run smoothly. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment for our customers.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
- Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers with their shopping experience
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management
- Stock shelves, process customer purchases, and maintain merchandise displays
- Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash handling policies
- Follow company policies and procedures while ensuring the security and confidentiality of data
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Prior retail experience preferred
- Ability to operate a cash register and various equipment
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
