Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Grocery Manager to join our team at Product Connections. This full-time position offers a competitive salary starting at $40,000 with additional benefits, including Medical, Dental, Vision, and 401K options. As a Grocery Manager, you will have the opportunity to lead a team of up to 25 individuals in executing successful retail events and building strong relationships with in-store managers.
Responsibilities
- Schedule and coordinate team for event execution in assigned locations.
- Recruit, train, and retain team members to ensure timely event execution.
- Develop productive relationships with store personnel and collaborate with internal teams for successful event outcomes.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in management or leadership roles within the retail, restaurant, or food industry.
- Demonstrated track record of achieving consistent results.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Food safety manager certification or the ability to obtain one within 30 days of hire.
- Comfort with the physical demands of extensive walking and lifting in a retail setting.
Work Environment
You will work in a dynamic retail grocery warehouse environment, with moderate to high noise levels, and exposure to cold conditions, food items, and cleaning chemicals.
