Janitor - Full-Time
We are looking for a dedicated Janitor to join the team at Thunderbird Square Store located in Scottsdale, Arizona. As a Janitor, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation within the facility, ensuring a safe and pleasant environment for all visitors and staff.
Starting Pay: $14.50 / Hour
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Notify leaders of supplies and equipment needed.
- Report incidents of theft or property misuse.
- Communicate maintenance needs promptly.
- Stock and maintain conference rooms and refreshment areas.
- Clean and sanitize restrooms.
- Dispose of trash and recycling.
- Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust floors and surfaces.
- Spot clean carpets and change light bulbs.
- Handle bio-hazardous materials following safety protocols.
- Uphold safety rules and Goodwill Core Values.

Minimum Qualifications
- High School education/GED or relevant experience.
- 1 year of janitorial or related experience.
- Valid driver's license and clean record.
- Ability to pass background check and drug screen.
- Proficient in English.
