Job Description
Rural Store (Rural & Guadalupe) is looking for a Full-Time Janitor to join our team in Tempe, Arizona. As a Janitor, you will perform essential cleaning duties to maintain a clean and safe environment at our facility, including restrooms, floors, trash disposal, and other maintenance tasks as needed.
Starting Pay: $14.50 / Hour
Key Responsibilities
- Notify leaders of supplies and equipment needed.
- Clean and maintain company property.
- Stock and prepare conference rooms.
- Ensure cleanliness of restrooms and common areas.
- Empties trash and recycling bins.
- Performs floor cleaning tasks.
- Dusts and polishes furniture and fixtures.
- Adheres to safety protocols and Goodwill Core Values.
- Other related duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
- High School education/GED or equivalent.
- 1 year of janitorial experience or related field.
- Valid driver's license and clean MVR as needed.
- Pass background check and drug screen.
- Ability to speak and read English proficiently.
