Responsibilities

• Start your day by touching base with your care team and accessing in-depth patient information on the dedicated EMR platform.
• Provide 1:1 care to pediatric/adult patients with g-tube, trach, and/or ventilator, administering medications, charting progress, and communicating with additional care providers.
• Document patient care electronically, perform patient assessments, and develop meaningful long-term relationships.

Qualifications, Licenses, and Certifications

• Graduate of an approved school of professional nursing and currently licensed in the state(s) in which practicing.
• Maintains a current CPR certification and BLS (Basic Life Support) Certification (preferred).
• Pediatric experience is preferred.
