Job Description
Genesis Health is looking for a Part Time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join Elm Wood. As an LPN, you will work under the direction of a Registered Nurse to provide efficient nursing care and achieve positive clinical outcomes.
Position Highlights
- Evaluate patients/residents, collect data, and report changes in condition.
- Contribute to nursing assessments and care planning.
- Administer medications and perform treatments as directed.
- Supervise and monitor patient care provided by unlicensed staff.

Requirements
- Must be a graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
- Current or pending LPN licensure.
- Current BLS/CPR certification (if applicable).
