Position Summary: The Licensed Practical Nurse, under the direction of a Registered Nurse (RN), provides efficient and effective nursing care, ensuring positive clinical outcomes and patient/family satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients/residents, observe condition and report changes
- Contribute to nursing assessments and care planning
- Administer medications and perform treatments per physician orders
- Supervise and monitor patient care provided by unlicensed staff

Requirements
- Graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing
- Current or pending licensed practical nurse licensure
- Maintain current BLS/CPR certification as required
