The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in building trades and demonstrate the ability to maintain professional and courteous relationships with residents, visitors, contractors, and fellow employees.
Responsibilities
- Performing electrical, plumbing, and carpentry repairs.
- Completing interior/exterior maintenance tasks.
- Participating in an emergency on-call rotation with teammates.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of residential maintenance or building trades experience.
- Ability to maintain effective and cooperative working relationships.
