Summary

As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for the overall maintenance of the physical plant under the guidance of the Maintenance Supervisor and Property Manager.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Participate in various maintenance projects.
• Perform electrical and plumbing repairs.
• Replace broken items and perform carpentry work.
• Assist in custodial and grounds work when needed.
• Conduct scheduled maintenance on equipment and units.
• Ensure all areas are safe and well-maintained.

Requirements

Qualification Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior maintenance experience or related field.

Skills and Abilities:

• Ability to read and interpret manuals.
• Basic math skills.
• Valid driver's license.
• Physical ability to lift and move heavy objects.

Work Environment:

Frequent exposure to outdoor conditions, electrical hazards, and moderate noise levels.
