Registered Nurse - RN - Home Health

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team at CareerStaff Unlimited. This position involves providing exceptional care to patients in the home health setting in Dahlonega, GA, and surrounding areas. As an RN, you will play a crucial role in assessing patients' medical conditions, administering prescribed medications, maintaining accurate documentation, and ensuring high-quality patient care.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate professionalism and compassion in patient care.

Requirements

• 2+ years of home health experience.
• BLS certification through AHA or Red Cross.
• Valid RN license in Georgia.
• Experience with HomeCare HomeBase is preferred.
• Reliable transportation is required.
