Job Description

GreenState Credit Union is seeking a dedicated Member Service Representative to join our team in Cedar Rapids, IA. As the face of the credit union, you will provide exceptional service to our members, handle transactions, and promote our products and services. This full-time position offers a competitive hourly pay range of $17.39 - $23.40, monthly incentives, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to Credit Union Service Standards and demonstrate a positive member service focus.
• Build relationships with members, promote products/services, and assist with account discrepancies.
• Handle member transactions, educate on products/services, and ensure accurate record-keeping.
• Participate in community service events and uphold security procedures.

Qualifications

• Interpersonal skills and high energy to engage with members.
• Thorough knowledge of deposit products, cash handling, and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in computer applications and ability to work both independently and in a team.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; cash handling and customer service experience preferred.
