Manager in Training

Job Description

We are looking for a Manager in Training to join Aldi where you will be immersed in the operational activities of store management. You will oversee daily store operations, maintain high levels of customer service, manage staffing, and develop action plans while leading and mentoring a team. If you are ready to take on the challenge of running your own store, this position is for you.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily store operations to ensure exceptional customer service
• Understand and communicate company strategy and core values to build team cohesion
• Hire and train store personnel, manage schedules, and conduct meetings
• Monitor store performance, achieve budget targets, and drive product merchandising

Requirements:

• 18 years or older to work at Aldi
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Demonstrated customer service and leadership skills
• Experience in retail management is a plus
