Manager in Training

Job Description

We are looking for a Manager in Training to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Manager Trainee, you will train on all aspects of successfully running a store, supervising day-to-day activities, ensuring overall store performance, identifying staffing needs, and developing operational plans while mentoring the team.

Responsibilities

• Supervise team operations and ensure high customer service levels.
• Communicate and model company values, fostering teamwork among employees.
• Manage store personnel hiring, schedules, and performance evaluations.
• Optimize store merchandising, inventory, and budgets.

Requirements

• At least 18 years old with prior retail experience.
• Ability to work independently and lead a team.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Experience in budgeting and personnel management preferred.

Education & Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of retail experience.
• Prior management experience is a plus.
