Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service to enhance patient satisfaction.
• Maintain knowledge of current policies and procedures.
• Update patient charts and contact patients with test results.
• Ensure cleanliness in work areas and patient exam rooms.
• Perform routine procedures like EKGs, immunizations, nebulizer treatments, and more.
• Manage exam room supplies and adhere to safety protocols.

Requirements

• Demonstrated excellent customer service skills.
• Familiarity with healthcare regulations and office procedures.
• Preferably certified as a Medical Assistant or equivalent.
• Basic computer proficiency.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong ability to build relationships with providers, patients, and the public.
• Time management and problems solving abilities.
• Capable of working independently and maintaining productivity.
