Nurse Practitioner -OnPoint Family Medicine at DTC

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Nurse Practitioner to join our OnPoint Family Medicine at DTC location within OnPoint Medical Group. As part of our physician-led network, you will play a crucial role in expanding access to quality healthcare for our members and their families.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care while adhering to ethical standards and utilizing sound medical judgment.
• Mentor and monitor staff technicians to ensure continuous performance improvements.
• Meet all clinical obligations and comply with internal policies and procedures.
• Communicate effectively with administration regarding practice-related issues.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited nurse practitioner program and licensed in Colorado.
• Board certification for specialty and strong computer skills, EMR experience preferred.
• Hold a Basic Life Support card.
