Job Description
We are looking for a Pre-Licensed Representative to join Teleperformance USA at our Port Saint Lucie, Florida location. As part of our dynamic team, you will be the frontline in handling customer inquiries and finding innovative solutions to various questions, issues, and concerns.
Responsibilities
- Handle and respond to customer inquiries effectively.
- Provide exceptional customer service through active listening.
- Work with confidential customer information with sensitivity.
- Strive to resolve issues on the first call through proactive communication.
Requirements
- Minimum 6 months of customer service experience.
- High school graduate or equivalent.
- Proficient in typing at least 25 words per minute.
- Comfortable with desktop computer systems.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Call center experience preferred.
- Logical problem-solving abilities.
- Must be over 18 years of age.
- Flexible to work various shifts.
